HP Global Shoot!

Paula was thrilled to be cast as the principle Flight Attendant in a series of global spots for HP! The shoot took place on a really amazing airplane set with 3 casts (one for Global, India & China) and tho the day was long and a crew member was less than professional (never call actors "roaches" or announce embarrassing things about them over walkies, people, *shakes head*), a general good time was had : ) Keep an eye out for the spots!

Casting Doubt - New Series!

So I decided to have a lil fun with the fact that SOOOOO many casting breakdowns for my category are horrible. Introducing : Casting Doubt! I've been making about an ep a week and people seem to really respond! I did happen to launch it the same day as a twitter account doing similar took off (@femscriptintros) so it must have been in the stars ; )

Here's this week's ep:

For all eps check out the Casting Doubt playlist on my youtube channel, new eps out (almost) weekly!

Such An Honor To Be Nominated - ISAs!

It was a beautiful night in North Hollywood celebrating all things web for the Indie Series Awards!

Paula was so honored to be nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy for her work in Hollywood Wasteland (they had 11 nominations! And won for Best Original Score!).

It was especially sweet to share the night with the Pan Fam as The New Adventures of Peter & Wendy had 4 nominations and the human glass of champaign that is Brendan Murray won for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy for his portrayal of Michael Darling : ) Our Mr Smee (Satya Bhabha) was there with his Eastsiders team as well!

Our Hearts Are Broken

Goodbye, my sweet Barton. You were the first fur baby I'd ever picked out - I hadn't been looking for another pet but when I saw your picture online I fell in love. You and your little tail the size of my pinky came to live with me and filled my home with laughs and purrs. You were shy and really only liked your family, but I'm so thankful I got to be that. Nodding my head today was the hardest thing I've done. I hope it was the right decision, that you forgive me, and I'm so glad you aren't hurting any longer. Chase butterflies and every dangling string, soak up every ray of sunshine and fit in every box no matter how small. We are heartbroken but so thankful you were in our lives.

The Kicks!

Paula had a blast filming Amazon's new show The Kicks! It's a great show with a female sports angle and a stellar cast including the stellar Monica Lacy! Stay tuned for when the whole season will launch on Amazon!

Wrapped A Super-Secret Game!

That's a wrap on a really exciting video game! You love this franchise and Paula is thrilled to be a part of the next installment. Stay tuned, as soon as it comes out and no NDA will be broken, she'll shout the news from the roof tops!

Social Medium

This summer Paula got to film SUCH a fun villainous role for an adorkably awesome show called Social Medium. This show is amazing for many reasons, but not least of which was that when the producers found out Paula would be 8 months preggo during the shoot, rather than recast they wanted to keep her AND they incorporated the pregnancy into the role! Check out the show from the beginning here:

And paula's first episode as the evil Mallory:

A SPOOKTACULAR time was had by all! Be sure to check out all the fun! #totesaghost
